  • The laser beam goes through the collimator, and then arrivals on the focusing lens.When the beam is focused by the focusing lens, it emits from the small hole at the tip of nozzle.The height sensor unit owns drive system, which can make the cutting edge move follow the workpiece surface.

    The travel of the height sensor unit is 30mm, which is controlled by the servo motor to ensure the smooth movement and work stability for a long time. The tip of the nozzle assembly includes focusing lens and protective lens, the protective lens is to isolate the focusing lens from the dust or debris. The lens fixing part is connected with the cutting edge by a screw.

    Using removable screws to separate the lens fixing part from the tip fixing part. The nozzle and the end of the nozzle part are connected by screw threads, that controls the airflow of the surface of the workpiece.

    The nozzle is also equipped with electrical signal feedback to keep the tip and workpiece at a constant distance.

    IN POSITION Indication: High level is valid, when the gas tip is at the set point, high-level is output

    TIP CONTACT: The signal of the gas jet tip contact with the workpiece, High level is valid. If contact, high-level is output.
